    The Real Cookie Monster

    Artist: emerging

    Concept: Cookiru

This little guy right here is the ultimate cookie-locating, cookie-preserving, and of course cookie-consuming machine!

Equipped with a dozen ultra sensitive nostrils, this cookie monster will never have any trouble picking up on where the owners hide their cookie stash.

His four muscular arms allow this little thief to cut down on time when looking for cookie boxes in hard to reach places.

His large ears can pick up on the slightest sounds caused by a potential approaching danger.

He is surely overweight but his suction toes are smartly designed to allow for soundless steps and a lizard-like grip that's needed to climb for the top shelves and stay there for a short while.

Usually this little beast feasts right on the spot due to his crazy eating habits. But as if that wasn't enough, over a long course of evolutionary mutation, Cookiru has developed a pouch specifically designed for food preservation. Yes. That's for cookies only - not babies. Simply because cookies ARE the babies for this fella...

    Concept: Standard Household Cookie Monster

The household cookie monster is a nocturnal being who live in suburban areas. Its slippery skin and soft skeleton make it able to enter houses by crawling trough cracks or pipes in it's hunt for cookies.

The middle and top set of limbs got three pairs of suction cups on each arm. These limbs are often used for climbing kitchen furniture and cookie jars, especially effective when combined with its thin but powerful, long tail.

Its snout is mostly used for grabbing cookies but also serves as a mean of feeding in a way similar to the Elephant.

    Concept: Cookiecat

Its jaws and teeth are perfectly shaped to crush the hard crust and grind the little crumbs. Its body shape is perfect to enter and exit a house without fuzz. Its smell apparatus locates cookies within a 10mile radius. Nature never intended for this one to hunt anything else. It is...the Cookiecat.

    Concept: Intergalactic Cookie Cruncher

If you manage to make your cookies just right, you might have the bad luck of attracting a Intergalactic Cookie Cruncher! It will travel across space and time and smash your house down just to get a taste of your perfect cookies. This may sound like a bad thing, but at least you'll die knowing you made the best cookies in the world. Horray!

Concept: A fair trade with the cookie monster.

My idea was of a little kid who is very afraid of the monster that lives inside his closet. In order to avoid being eaten by the monster, the kid finds out the monster loves chocolate chip cookies... Since then, he leaves cookies in front of the closet, where the monster comes, eats the said cookies and leaves the kid alone for another night...

I wanted to show a relationship that isnt cute, the kid is fully aware that if he doesnt give the monster its cookies, it will eat him instead... I guess I miss those old child stories where there are real consequences and danger... Everything nowadays have a happy ending and is all happines and sunshine... This kid might be living in fear of the cookie monster but he is learning a valuable lesson in life... Keep your word and keep your promises... It can save your life!

Concept: Azure-haired Eater of Baked Goods

This voracious omnivore uses his keen vision to search out and steal his favorite food, chocolate chip cookies. The eyes are able to rotate independently nearly 360 degrees, allowing the creature an unprecedented view of its surroundings. Through it's limited vocal range, it is able to vocalize a barely understandable "Want Coo-key."

    Concept: Cookie-Frog

Not a predatory creature, the Cookiefrog can survive on very small amounts of food, for a long time. Its natural habitat being swamps, and lakes, the Cookiefrog can last months on only water, while its real source of food comes from picnicers that have left behind cookies. Upon discovering a stray cookie or two, the Cookiefrog will push the cookie to the nearest lake and then sit on top of it, slowly licking away at it while protecting it from other creatures. Not many Cookiefrogs are alive and well as they often die before finding the necessary nutrition.

    Concept: Fishing for childen

The cookie monster can be found in dark places usually near playgrounds or schools, luring children to it with it's cookie-like bait.
When it senses that a child is closeby it swings it's antennas almost like a fishing pole and then slowly reels in the cookie bait until the child is close enough and devours it.

What child can resist a yummy cookie?

    Concept: Nomnomapus

A rather slow moving and timid creature, the Nomnomapus lives in the sewers of southern Europe. It only emerges to the surface to scavenge the trash cans behind bakeries and pastry shops for discarded baked goods.

Concept: The Real Cookie Monster (Pygmy Family)

At just 5cm high this is arguably the smallest of the Cookie Monster Species. Living amongst mice and rats means they are never detected by humans and they have easy access to kitchens and dining rooms where they hunt for cookies.

They generally hunt in packs to ensure safety as they tend to glaze over at the faintest whif of a cookie and go into a transfixed delirious state.

Their main predator is the domestic cat that often gets fed up being blamed for eating all the cookies.

    The Cookie Babau

    Artist: R3u5

    Concept: The Cookie Babau

Even though scared kids confuse him for the mostly known BaBau ( which is from the same species ), the Cookie Babau is quite friendly indeed. He may appear near glasses of milk left by children before the night comes. The Cookie Babau, as the name suggests, loves cookies but his nature has always been against his desires. In fact, as other monsters of the Babau species, he's not tall enough to reach the high tables of normal kitchens so strange friends pop out of his thick fur and start calling out for "cookies!" ( always at night, of course ). For survival purposes those voices can be heard only by kids and some rare adult still deeply obsessed with cookies. As He's quite a strange and unusual friendly creature most children think he's just a dream and easily forget about him; the ones scared of him will always think he was the renowned Babau so, still at our times, you won't find mention of him in any book except an old collection of german tales where there's a story about a Babau which loves cookies: "Das Blaue Monster kocht Unser Abendessen" often translated as "The Blue Monster who cooked us dinner".
