I'm looking to get feedback on a current, untitled work in progress.
I'm using Photoshop.
Thanks for any help.
I would suggest working on the lighting more. She is too lit up for that shadow to be so dynamic. Otherwise the composition could use help. Im not sure what I am looking at. Maybe it means something but Im not getting a good sense of it. Try to think about "What else can I do to enhance the intention of the image." that may require you to figure out what your intention is. If your intention is to just draw a sexy girl then you have already accomplished that. But realize that sexy girls are kinda boring without premise. The story can really enhance your image.
I would like to clutter the blank spaces in this piece with more random graffiti but I would like to get some opinions first. Do you guys think it's better to keep it as simple and clean as it is now, or should I fill it up?
Thanks for your time!
i would recommend taking out the florescent outline from here hair and leaving it more natural like you second post. Also i would do the same for the right side of your image, making the back ground more like the second post. I would not recommend changing anything on the current graffiti but i would recommend toning down her reflected light on the right side of the image and see how that looks.
I personally would leave that graffiti and stuff out because I felt my eye was really focussed on her face in your #3 post, and now I'm not sure where to look first.
There are probably ways to enhance your image, but can't help you there sorry!
Oooh ouch - I'd get rid of the graffiti and pink hair outline myself.
I know this is probably a cheesecake shot but now the picture is practically screaming incoherently with all the random bright colors.
roll back roll back!!! The second pic was great... The neon colors and outline are a bit.. ick.
So, I'm not going to lie, I wasn't expecting the backlash against the new direction of the image but I do respect the criticism.
I've taken a step back; or, maybe forward?
