Great still lifes.
I reckon yoyu could push those imaginative works as far as those studies, would up the epic factor! keep going!
Woa, pokemon boobs D:, awessome. You got some nice color and values in those still lifes, just watch out for your edges. Dragon knight dude comin along good, maybe some tighter renderin and itll look great! By the way, you paint really good soap . Keep it comin braahhhhhhhaaaaaaahhhh!
Hey dude sweet updates here. Love the life studies, strawberries are definitely my favorite. The non-uniform almost jagged edges to them gives it a sort of paper cut-out feel, yet they are rendered so nicely. I think it's that contrast that I really like about them. On your next few why not try a different background? Maybe some material or lighting that interacts with the object more than a white background, you'd probably get more information out of it. Keep going man!
keep on workin !
Defiledvisions-haha yea, gotta go back in and render render render, this guy is FRAGILE! Agreed on the soap, gonna go back and ground it a bit.
Oatest- Yea agreed dude, we need to avoid zeh injuries! And poor management decisions on trades now that KP is gone, fuck you paul allen, fuck you.

Well heres some TAD composition stuff, got crits this morning in class so I think I'll rework my favorite ones, just thought I'd post em up here to get some feedback from you lovely people. They were supposed to convey an emotion in simple black and white shapes. I definitely think a few were successfull but others, bleh. As always, thanks for stopping by, love to hear some crits from y'all! Cheers. they go, agony, alienation, anxiety, contemplation, despair, horror, lost, madness

So I wanted to stick these in with the above update but I couldn't find my darned USB camera cord, low and behold BAM it was just under my table. Been working on this over the last week, first kind of free form sculpture I've done instead of planning everything out beforehand and I think it kind of shows. Should these be posted in the 3d section and not the sketchbook? I figure I should start one of those anyways. Thanks for looking! I would greatly appreciate any sort of critiques, cheers!
wow keep posting your sculpture stuff here as well! looks awesome!
I really like the half-toad to its feet and the surreal quality that you even push with the colors
keep sharing, buddy.
I like your sketchbook! There's a lot of variety and dedication here!
Love your sculptures too! Keep up the great work!
That sculpture is really cool. What is it made of?
Great stuff! And about composition work, that's exactly what I'm doing right now. Never before have I thought how important that stuff is... scary but true... Thank you for sharing these. Cheers!
I like the black and white comps! I think they're pretty clear in what emotions they're trying to convey, especially alienation and despair.
fantastic sculpt!!! i love it!! the skin texture is really nice and those pink tentacles... perfect feature! love the saturated colors too. what clay did you use for this?
and this is your sketchbook! it's for everything you do! models are art too, you know! post everything and anything you create here!! even if it is a spit drawing (check youtube) on the sidewalk! :]
