I updated my graphics and cintiq drivers but no dice...
I'm on Windows 7 using a 21UX. This happened after I carried the monitor (very carefully wrapped up in blankets) in my car during my move to my new apt. I'm thinking maybe something got messed up during the move. Is there any quick way of checking without sending it to Wacom? I really need this to work fast in order to finish up a project for a client. =/

I'm not sure what that link is supposed to be showing...I see nothing there that isn't supposed to be.
Oh, that's strange. I used Windows 7's snipping tool to take a screen shot.
Here is a screen shot with Print Screen: http://img412.imageshack.us/img412/7398/scanlines.jpg
Can you see the scanlines and weird colors?
Are you speaking of the scanlines over the word "DISCOVERY"? If so I think they are part of the banner, cause I see them on my screen as well. Is that the only place you are seeing the problem?
Visit my dA page!
Maybe the cables aren't making proper contact, considering that on the screenshots we don't see the problem it's a display issue for sure.
I had a similar problem with my cintiq 21 on an older computer of mine. When I would power the unit on with my PC, I would get colored verticle lines originating from the bottom of the pen/display. These lines would dissapear progressively ten minutes or so into use.
I then tried my cintiq out on a couple more computers to never encounter the line display issue.
My PC died shortly afterwards, since I purchased a new one and I've never had the problem again.
I can only conclude that this issue was coming from either the graphics card a/o something else in the computer (ex.motherboard)...
First off I'd try my Cintiq out on another computer just to be sure, Secondly I'd make sure everything is running/working correctly in my computer. Third, I'd make sure all my drivers are up to date. Forth, if I'd still get lines, especially on another computer I'd hurry to contact Wacom because the problem is probably coming from the pen/display.
My two cents!
