Oooh, you have some cool stuff here. I love the painterly look to even your digital pieces... Case in point the skull. It looks beautiful. I also love the hands on the girl in the above post...defining everything with lovely subtle hue shifts.
I don't have a lot to say crit-wise, although sometimes your colors do get a little muddy... I don't even think it's because of technique (ie, colors mix accidently) but because of your choice of color scheme. I don't know.. the colors look unnaturally similar, sometimes. However, other times your color is beautiful, so it's a little strange. Anyway, your most recent work (color studies from ref) is improving on that. So keep doing what you're doing!
@JesseM , Hey mate thanks for comment im really glad by your visit. About colours, im trying something about shapes colours combinations maybe brushes on subjects, things always experimental, sometimes good sometimes muddy as you say not always good results. i know its not good to be like this but after some trial i become very lazy to fix it to what it has to be so just sharing the experiment where im bored. I hope there will be days we will be fat enough by experimental practices which is never ending i guess..
very fast insect design and colouring maybe 15-20min found really nice brush =D
That skull study is just awesome! I also really like the figure illustrations and sketches on post 223, I think you've captured a good, believable sense of action with the poses of the figures. I Absolutely love the colors and traditional look on the crow and horse rider on the last page! Hope to see more stuff like that.
