-Mr. Crowley, Revelation (Mother Earth), Diary of a Madman, and Dee by Ozzy Osbourne, or more properly by Randy Rhoads.
    -Stairway to Heaven (of course!)
-All Along the Watchtower, by Hendrix. Really fun learning the solos for that one.
-Fade to Black and Nothing Else Matters by Metallica

I know many more songs, but those are the ones I like to play most often. I'm currently working my way through Smoke on the Water (ridiculously easy rhythm, fun solo) and Carry On Wayward Son, by Kansas, and the tough final licks of the main solo of All Along the Watchtower.

At least I'm finally savy enough to stop calling them Pentacostal Scales... do that a couple times and see what kind of cred you're left with.

I play a little classical and Flamenco, favorite flamenco song i can play is El Nuevo Dia (a student level piece by Paco Pena) and my fave classical song i can play is the short William Kanengiser piece from the movie "Crossroads", i think it's based of Mozart's Turkish March...not too sure, It's the short tune Eugene plays when he's sitting in his room after being told off by his music school teacher. My technique is too feeble to attempt any of Paco de Lucia's music, heh!

Recently i've been getting into Jazz mainly because i'm discovering how good Django Reinhardt's music really is, the Rosenberg Trio also kicks ass. Jazz guitar rocks but difficult as fuck so it's baby steps for me atm. "Minor Swing" by Django is the main song i've been practicing recently, such a cool song.

    Rusty crossroads is awesome

minor swing is pretty sick. I just realized that dan donegan from disturbed used something like that in his solo on Inside the fire. The climactic part is based on a minor swing scale xD

Django is bad ass good sir

what kinda guitar? Acoustic or electric?
If you're looking for the first, I recommend almost everything by Tommy Emmanuel Pretty advanced but you can get good tabs on the net.
Cavatina and Schindler's list theme by John Williams (the guitarist) as well as Classical Gas is cool, too - just to name a few. Also, look for stuff by Ulli Boegershausen.
But this all might be nothing like the stuff you're looking for, I am not sure.

Rusty: nice, classical and Flamenco! I am gonna look for that Crossroads piece you mentioned!

Ah, Radical Dreamers is fun indeed! Any videogame theme is, there is a few on the net. Also Anime themes are always cool to check out.

I am always on the lookout for nice sheets myself...

Ahh cool song. I'm trying it now. The chords are easy to hit, but the picking pattern's pissing me off.

A few of maidens songs. Aces High, The Trooper are my favorites. Cradle of Filth stuff, mostly from Cruelty and the Beast. Children of Bodom stuff from Something Wild and Follow the Reaper.
