I'm really digging that last one. The screen capture studies in #47 are awesome too. Nice well-rounded sketchbook--hope to see more!

Your sense for colors is great.
Just keep pushing your personal paintings. Taking part in weekly challanges is a great way to do so.

    Keep it up!

I love the way you render in some of these pieces. Ones that stand out:

    http://www.conceptart.org/forums/att...1&d=1367161510
I think you would love drawing and painting insects. one of my favorites is the potato bug
    http://www.whatsthatbug.com/wp-conte...30928_0006.jpg
I think you would learn a ton from painting these. One crucial critique though is LINES you have to get more confident because some of your drawings have what I call the 'wookie' effect
    http://www.conceptart.org/forums/att...1&d=1322420258
    http://www.conceptart.org/forums/att...8&d=1353878313

I suffer from this greatly my self but dont be afraid to take your time with your lines because they are the foundation to your painting and ,although you fill it in rather well, the overall look can look wonky and you might not even notice because you get caught up in the almost love making type process that is rendering.
