It would be nice with harder edges in your paintings and probably a touch of more colour ~ but I like the grit/texture of your paints - and I like the designs, pencils & ideas

Medusoid actually , I dont know my friend :-/ I start with random blobs of colour and then I try to find my way trough to something ^^

dan liimatta thank you^^ and I am trying my best ! ^^ btw very impress work that you have over in your SB !

so start for this weeks CHOW an Orc Boss called Eye-gouger, Ill go with something a little off the beaten path and mix him up with lots of Mongolian elements ( actually I always thought Orcs to be Mongols it fits perfectly for me ! ) And instead of an action shot Ill go with a more portraiture like attempt that way I try to make him look majestic and sublime. lets see were this ends up ^^

    enjoy
    Seb

Good work dude, chow starting out nice. Only suggestion would be to push your values in your pieces a bit more. Keep it up man.

The Chow looks pretty cool, though i think his head is a bit too small...orcs supposed to have small brains...but i don't think that they are that small

Epic as always! Love it when you post. I get to 'ooo' and 'aww' and then look over to see the dude in the next cubicle giving me the stink eye.

masterpug oh you ! ^^ thanks man !

enthombed thanks for your appreciation ! means a lot to me !

so as I said I wasnt very happy with were the CHOW ended up ( it ws too stiff and lifeless, and the colours were ok but didnt matched my idea )so I started anew.

enjoy the first little WIP, I personally like it much more.

Your new idea for the CHOW definitely has more action and motion, looking forward to see where you will take it.

Alot more motion in the new sketch. very good. Is that a pony-tail coming from the back of the orcs head? if so it might be a bit too straight/stiff.

It look better in my opinion, more dynamic and life like, don't forget the spread sheet though for the CHOW.
