Question model of a boy for artists?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a referance model for drawing. While I was searching int. I found this "plastic model". It looks like a mannequin but it isn't from wood and it looks more human than the others. It is an antique and price is 1500$. My question anybody knoows where can I find mannequin/model not from wood, move all body parts and looks like human? thanks.

it may seem creepy a bit.... but no one can stop you from going to a playground and sketching... or if you have a mall playspace etc. that's what i would do when i needed kids.
