Thanks for stopping by, and keep doing what you're doing. Studies are looking great. Tigers feel nice and solid, too.

Great work with those studies! You have a really good variety in your work and ways to go about the studies and its really paying off. I particularly liked the Bridgman with the pen. I have to try that. Keep it up!

Imagine FX still has some of these in stock. The edition is split between Ron Lemen studies and Marshal Vandruff's animal anatomy. Great stuff. Here's a link: Anatomy

I believe this edition is also available for download but I'm not sure where I saw that.

    Cheers and good luck!

Haha, I just realized that the link I sent you IS the link to the digital edition. So, they are out of stock but they have it available as a digital download. I HIGHLY recommend that you pick it up. It has helped me SOOOOO much.

Very good studies,it's great that you are focusing on Bridgman!Just one thing (in case you are not already doing it),don't just copy his drawings read also the text and if you feel like it keep some notes on what you think is most important about what he says.
It would also help for character practise to take your sketchbook and go out and sketch people especially those who are in movement. It's a good exercise to practise your memory of what you already know of anatomy. The pressure of time will make you focus on the most important things like form and movement. You'll finish most of your sketches from memory (thats when your knowledge of anatomy comes in handy) but without being a "slave" to your subject.

And i really like this one. It's not an easy subject but i think you did great. It can be pushed even further though.
    Keep going!

Edward B : Thanx for good comments I like it with pen too, but sometimes I do those anatomy at work during lunch break, and the light there isn't so good for pen.
Mr.Pryminista : Thanx a lot for link - it's great book, shame I didn't know about it! Definitely will study after Bridgman
Hyaloclastics: Thanx for visiting my SB, I really apreciate you like some of my work and all your advices. What about Bridgman, it's a shame but I don't read text... I don't know why but it's quite diffucult for me to anderstand and get right what he says in English. I'll try to find it in my native language... But anyway I try not to just copy, but think and imagine which muscle or bone goes where and for what and how it would look in 3d.

More studies as usual: anatomy, sketch from imagination and houses from referense

    Danke for the compliment.

You have some beautiful work here which will only develop into something greater. The eye studies are stunning and accurate in form and perspective.

    Wow :3
i must say your sketchbook is very inspiring. What i likedthe most about it is that the style keeps changing. Different styles, different mediums and different exercises.
I really liked the coloured works.
And anatomy studies kinda fired me up to do more :3

Roselyn: Thanx for good comments I appreciate it a lot!
karantina: Yes, I have a lot of troubles with light and dark right now... Hope to get better someday in this Didn't understand well about brush - what did you mean? Wow, 4 stars - it's way too much for me

Painted one of previous sketches... I think this light was too diffucult for me, so I'm not sutisfied with result at all

you are advancing very rapidly, i think you are really dedicated. If you push yourself you can get very good i think. there is a pretty big gap between your ref stuff and imagination stuff, quality wise.. but i think you have to do all of them ( from life, from ref and imagination) to get better in at a fast pace. all anatomy studies look very good. change between ref drawings and imagination drawing more is the only advice for me. good luck mate!
