a girl från Twinpeaks - working with less lines

Hey again. Trying to work from values, no sketch made. Think this is a fun to draw, mostly with big brush and as little lines possible. I know I almost never finish work Ive begun with, need to work on that. the first hour is always the most fun one imo haha.

    Cheers

An easy way to work on your work ethic is just working on one piece for a while. Sometimes you get sooo tired of it you want to scream, but if you keep going it really helps you finish things. After a while, you can work on two or three pieces at a time so you don't get so bored . It REALLY helped me, even though it was pretty tough. Really try to finish this woman you've started, even if you need to take a couple days break or something. I believe in you!

Think im gonna be sticking around now

i know I always has excuses for being away but now I can only say that I have tried to draw but it just didnt go well. But I think my flame has been lighted again. Was playing this game yesterday, infamous. And I noticed the cool art in the "comics" between missions. So I googled about and found some awesome artwork. This is a style that I would like to learn for real. So 10 hours later here is a reaper, one of them badguys from the game will draw more artwork from this game! and later I'll try some else but to use this style.

    Enjoy!

Niss- A very good tip, I just used that, worked on this for 10 hours, not a single stroke on anything else. It helped me to focus and I think it came out quite good. so thank you!

    m.j - thank u very much!

Naidy- i am very glad you do. Thanks and take care

Par- Im fine, just havnt had the "go" for drawing lately. But i think I am on my way back. Hope u doin okey and Ill be sure to check out ur SB right away. Cheers friend

hey Diarum long time. Yea I will start doing that thx haha, well 10 hours is a long time, but I have been sick for a week now so figured what else could be better to do than to really take my time and finish something. Try to focus on one thing for a longer period, it can be frustrating but when its done it feels great Ill look at ur SB right away sir. byee

    some random stuf from school

The first pic is my first acrylic painting that I did in school just before summer break. The second is just a pirate sketch for a thing in school. The third, I know it looks a bit weird, I just drew it on my break the other day, was looking through a book about drawing, caught some nice pics on faces and did my own version, 10-15 min sketch. Working on something on my wacom atm, wait and see cheers

    Infamous fanart

Hello again This is what we can call fanart for the game Infamous. I love the style that they are using in this game as I said earlier.

This one is not finished, will put on some shadows and highlights in the coloring as soon as I get the time. And there will most likely be a background too. 3 hours on it so far.

So stay tuned and keep drawing friends!

    Ramina-
thank you very much. I was very glad when I read your comment. As I said with that pic I think I have found a style that I really like and I will try to develope this style more into my own. The finest comment of all is when ppl say that they see improvement and mean it, this makes me continue to draw. Take care
