It's good to see you working hard!
Keep up with the anatomy practices/observationals

with the woman up top, I think you've definently done well, but I wouldn't mind seeing some eyelashes on her soon and some highlights in her eyes, but that's just me. ;P
Loving the progress so I'll just wish you well as you go on.

You should always train your eye to see the negative space. The beer glass, there is a space left at the bottom of the glass. So instead of looking at glass size, use negative space, it's much easier.

    Big update

Fullmetal- I totally agree with you, will make that change. Today I have only been working with Laura.

Parsakoira- Thank you for all your help today and all the other days, you are a true friend. I hope we'll see each other some day in the future. Thx again.

Redpanda- Thx I just started working with tones and values so I am glad u said that. U are right about what ur saying, will make a few changes but the beer glass was just for fun so I wint put down a lot of time with it. Thx for stopping by.

Naidy- Hey again, glad ur here Yea I have been slacking on those for some time but I will get back to it soon I promiss you that. Now her eyes is a bit more detailed with reflections and a bit of eyelashes, but the ref photo don't show them much but I think it looks better? Hope u like the update.

Ivan- A great tip will try to keep that in mind. Thx for coming here.

Allright people, today I have been drawing for around 5 hours straight. I am kind of tired now so I'll leave it this way tonight and continue tomorrow. I really do hope you all like the progress with this portrait. I have worked really hard with her eyes, headshape and mouth today. Be sure to check in tomorrow for another update. All CC are welcomed always remember that Goodnight!

first is progress pic, from where I started today and where I left off. The other is the whole pic. Enjoy!

    ref

Diarum- Here is the ref. But you should know that I am trying to learn drawing digitally and with values so the main focus is not that it should look exaccly like her. To really get the look of some special person is hard and I think its more important for me to learn to just draw. But ofc I will try to make it look like her but the main focus is just to make it look realistic.

This photo is a ref photo and not a photo I have taken!

Hey PaintmyBrain, nice studies, keep it going that way, you will learn the most!!! It really pays off... try to also paint or draw from real life and not only from photos... for example an apple or something that you like to watch!
Learning is always tyring and challenging... it needs time and energy!

Youre on a good way!!! Now you just have to walk it! ;-)) Hope this helps!

    Mohammed Ali 50 min study

I know it looks shit but I wanted to try a different approach, I will most surely work on this more. But I wanted to try without lines, this is all built up from values. The eyes especially need work, though fun way to paint Enjoy the progression images.

lookin good! proportions looks good but the perspective of the mouth is bugging me, it looks like the mouth is being viewed more above than it should, what the mouth line, and make the upper lip a tad darker than the lower one. Also the lower eyelids should make a straight line rather than a curved one.

Ah! Now I like that shading, it's really bringing it out. I see more detail too and It's good that you're able to analyse and start to fix parts yourself too, so thumbs up to that.
I know you've been working on this for a fairly long time so I'll point out things that I like, such as I think that mouth is getting there and you're getting better at shading.

    Keep up the good work!

    Edit:
Ooops, didn't see the Muhammad study, very good but the eyes you drew are looking in the wrong direction.
