Ooo!!! Nice work! You have made some big improvements.
I would say one overall thing you should take a look at right now is your lineweight/brushwork. Longer, surer strokes keep an image looking clean and read well. Think a second or two more before you put down a mark basicly.
Panda- super, super cute pic- but he has a disjointed hip/leg.
hi! I missed your updates for a while and now I looked and...woooooooow!
You + pencils = awesome sauce. Always!
I felt the need to go through your SB from the start again, it's so inspiring and shows so much improvement...you are great!
Marian Rowling, Yap it's them! They have really helped me to understand the proportions of the face! Thanks to Ron Lemen! Mr.Scribbles Nope, that's on Canarian Islands (if I've understood your questing in right way) AliceA, Thank you a lot! Comments are so inspirational they make me draw more and try to get even better xD
Tha new stuff guys! Not much for today because of a lot of work, and i'm trying to make the last char from other post in color)
Hey Katherina thanks for your kind words in my sketchbook. I like the portrait composition in post 194 and this last post just looks so great already. I'm amazed by the line work, I love the composition and all the detail. I'm really looking forward to seeing it finished.
Wow, your graphite pencil skills improved amazingly.
I like the way you shade things and how you make some
nice contrast on your drawings. And of course your last
digital characters are also looking fantastic. Keep up the good
work my dear friend.
Marian Rowling, I'm working on it now)) though it looks like crap right now))]
Hey Katherina I'm sure it's going to look good. I really like the horse in this last update and the 'vamp' girl looks good. No crits just load of support and encouragement to keep going. Thanks for your kind words in my sketchbook.
I love your art, those pencil studies you did on holiday look great and you seem to be very good at digital painting.
Some great stuff, I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for you.
Keep up the good work!
holy shit... i immediately sub'd after browsing like 5 pages of your sketchbook! i'm impressed with your linework and both your traditional/digital are on par with each other! i can learn a thing or two from you :3
bahahha! yay updates :3 i don't think you'll need too many crits you're well on your way! perhaps though... maybe darkening the darkest values in this piece would create more depth? it might just be me, but i'm seeing too much mid-tones XD but other that-- EVERYTHING IS ACE!!
