About your other study, i think it is much better now too, but the nose still has some of the other tones. Adjust it to the highlight too.
I see you tried fixing the eyes, but the left one has it's corner down, and the right one upwards.
Try working some more on this peace. The learning part really starts now!

Remarkable stuff. Your sketchbook is looking more promising with each post.
You definitely have an excellent grasp on the human figure and its dynamics. Especially when it comes to weight and balance. I also really like how subtle your color treatment is.
The more surreal image with the scars and striped clothing is one of my favorite ones. I even used it as my background on my laptop.
You really show a lot of promise as a draughtsperson. Keep it up.

good studies! The latest figure is charming, i like her face and her pose. but her right arm is looking too short, maybe you could tweak the foreshortening effect or play with the shading. Other than that you're doing great. Keep it up
