so awsome, i really really like how you do your poses with the help of analytical anatomy guides and how you can show the flexing and bending of the muscles.

Pixie Trick Thank you dear! I did my best on her, it was hard!
GEB Thank you! One of my best so far!
W1r3d Thank you, I put lots of effort and soul into it, and your feedback on this is very inspiring! ^_^

New things, this is not all, but the rest is a bit unfinished, so i'll update as soon as I'll finish some stuff! =)

A but of anatomy studies! =D

    An old sketch

    Oil on canvas board.

Tower wip with the previous mage design =)

Small character consept, I'll finish him in summer after all urgent stuff.

And here is a portrait I did just now for half an hour long, just feeling sad, so portrait painting always cheers me up! =(

The dark forest were whispering your name all night long,
as you were away from my life. Then I shook the leaves off
my shoulder, woke up and put your self portrait as my desktop
wallpaper. Such a wonderfully talented and intelligent creature
has been found in your spirit and appearance in the latest war
hurled world. Lots of gallons of water and oil went through
the Romanian dam since the last time we had our hottest romantic
dreams together. I admire your handy work, everything you do
and paint, turns to gold. Turns to diamond through the subliminal
mind of the eastern brown stallion. How could I thank you for
sharing your love with us? Say it and it's surely done.
For now, I give you a flower
    Take care my dear.

Hey Katherina your updates are looking great. Great to see the progress you are making and it must be hard work trying to keep up with TAD and University. I especially love the last two portraits in oils and photoshop. The colours and mark making look so interesting. Also really like your last self portrait, you look very happy, confident and content. I'm excited to see what you do next at TAD.

Plein Air Katherina, what a great idea. These look fab and the lovely soft shading on the tree actually makes me feel like I'm outdoors in the country when I look at it. I'm really looking forward to seeing more when you return.

Marian Rowling , yaaaaay! I'm sooo glad you liked it! ^_______^

I'm still in Moscow (I'm leaving on 1st of July) and I had another day of plain air sketching in the heart of Moscow, on Nikitsky blv. it was awesome once again! =D

    Here we go:

First we rode to our dacha and I drew my dad driving the car:

Then I came back early in the morning and had a few hour sleep, but after that I had gone to Nikitsky blv to draw architecture! =D Fun stuff! Even though I still suck at it =/

After a cool evening we had gone to a french cafe nearby, and I drew my friends!

After this my friend and I took the metro home ^__^

Thats all for today! I'll be doing sketching in France and Spain too! When i'll get ther of coarse =D

Woah, those last sketches are awesome.
I admire your ability to do quick sketches of moments and still give the overall sense of space.
Also, interesting colors you have on those portraits.
    Keep up!
