    Yay!

I actually have to wait a bit to see if I'll definitely be able to participate, it'd suck to sign up and have to chicken out. Uni's a bit hectic, and it's finishing on Dec 15th, so it might be tight.

One thing, should we have any guidelines regarding the artwork/gifts? Practical things like size or medium, or simply the time invested? Just wondering, usually when I've participated in such things there's a roof on the money spent and other things. Just to make sure it's fair for everyone

It's entirely up to the artist to decide but in a sense don't go crazy and make sure you put effort in. (i highly doubt a 5 second doodle at work would suffice)

i'm guessing the average art to expect at the moment is something letter sized to a4, 1 hour minimum spent on it.. 4 hrs max?

Some others might want to get DIY kits for example, the DIY Qee series / Kubricks etc and paint on those as a canvas/piece of art etc. I was debating it when i was looking at them at work today lol.

    I dunno, just a speculation :3

Haha awesome, sign me up! I'll send you a PM in a bit

Edit: Maybe have people include an email address in there in case they rather not want to give out their home addresses?

Is there any sort of skill requirement? Something I'll spend four hours doing isn't going to look the same as something a lot of the other people here could do in a couple of hours. I don't want to cheat anyone.

yoitisi: What if the person who got your name is going to send a physical item, like if they made a small canvas painting, or, like me, I'm going to make a small plush monster for my Secret Santa? Those things can't be emailed :C

Celarania: I don't think that would be fair to exclude people on skill. Just try hard to make something someone would be happy to recieve!

How does a $10-15 max sound to spend on supplies to make it? Or obviously spend less, if you're using something like photoshop.

Loveandasandwich: Yeh I meant as an addition to the current list of details

Oh also, depending on the size/wheight or volume you might have to pay another $10 or so for sending it overseas, just keep that in mind.

This sounds like an excellent idea. But I'm hesitant to join; I'm terrible at these things and have not been too pleased with my turnout. If I get a previous obligation done before the sign-up deadline, then I'll sign up.
