Hi Ivan I'm so glad you've decided to start your own SB. I can tell you've already been working hard as your pencil sketches are really good. Also like the look of your photoshop paintings. I'm going to really enjoy watching you grow. Thanks for sharing and please keep posting.

Hey Ivan my favourite out of your last posts is the angry fish. Its a great looking character and I can just sense how mean and angry he is which really makes me smile. I think you have a really good imagination and although your not happy with your paintings right now I can tell your heading in the right direction.

Great sketchbook, those characters are awesome and the pencil shading looks fantastic.

I think the environments would benefit from a bit more tonal range. Maybe some direct sunlight hot spots.

@ ColorExcursion - thank you for stopping by. Still needs a lot of work to find my own style

@ Sidharth Chaturvedi - thanks! means a lot to me

@ latigid - hey, thank you! Pepper was a good PS practice, but not very creative work

@ Marian Rowling - thx! yes, its my dream to create characters. still a long road ahead

@ Whirly - thank you for environment tip. I agree totally!

@ Spaggen - thx! studies are definitely something I should work more on. So yes, they are on my menu now

@ brubaker - Thanks! Will post regulary so don't be a stranger. Your SB is just amazing

Nothing much, just a B-W copy of Delacroix for improving my tonal value skills (which I still suck big time).

    Hey,

Thanks for those links, very nifty. Love the stuff you've got going here, those characters are cute and great studies. Only thing I wondered on was that there could maybe be some more edge variation.

    Thanks again!

    Hey Ivan!
Thanks for stopping by my SB.

I REALLY like yours! Really strong pencil portraits, the characters are adorable and that pepper is to die for! May I ask how many hours it took?

I hope to see more from you soon. Subscription added!

Now let's see what we got here!!! Nice sketchbook so far, especially like those cartoon characters. I did draw a lot of those myself back in school, although they were not of that good quality like yours. I will have an eye on this SB and hope to see some updates from time to time!!!

    Cao Ivane,
Fini su ti radovi. Kad radis environments, probaj startati sa puno textura, to ce ti mnogo pomoci.

    Oi, Ivan!

Thanks for dropping by! Weird how I didn`t find YOU till now...Oh well...As for your works, all I can say is - WOW. I`m a big cartoon fan (I get up at 7AM on weekends just to get my weekly dosage of cartoon LULZ), and you study animation...Wah! You have got to inform me next time you have a showcase of your work (CRŠ or Festival of animated movies or something), I`m sure I would love them! Fine arts academy...wish I was attending it...

I ak si u Zg, javi se za kavu/pivu/šta li, ak imaš volje. Napominjem još jednom - nisam freak. Veliki.

Keeping my eye on this one!
