Pretty interesting, but I'll give you the advice that you're sure to get. Anatomy, reference and perspective. Study all three, and learn to apply them to your work.
On a more specific note, I see that all your characters have short legs. Normally the legs take up half a figure's height, and right now they're not doing that. There's also a flatness to your characters that studying perspective would go a long way to solving.
