Aaaand, here's a bit more developed version of what I want. Steed, joust, helmets and a lovely Jousty woman. Still thinking of the shield and heraldry but I want to make a nice cohesive thing out of this.

I really like motorbikes, so I went along that tangent, I don't know if I'll go along with this idea, but here's a start.
The lance is mounted onto the side of the steed when not in use.

I may have to abandon this to rework my COW (there was an extension). But here is where I got with it... still working out some kinks before I commit. Any comments, critiques, suggestions?

edit: On second thought Im not willing to just let this one go.. so any suggestions or comments are appreciated.

Very interesting topic, can't wait to see how the finals turn out.

So here's what I've come up with last evening, although I'm not sure yet if I'll go with it.

N3wtn: That made me laugh out loud

I went for a "Joan of Arc" look. Still gotta work on the armour and face (and feet, and...), but hey, I'm on my way
BTW... WIPs have to be posted outside the forum and put in IMG form, right?
