    Draw Some More

    Thanks to MB for starting this website, its been a great source of inspiration and education for me. Anyway I used to draw when I was a kid and been getting back into it.

    lunch

    some scribbles from lunch. they had this dude playing christmas songs on a saxophone poorly, he kept missing notes. and he kept playing the same two songs over and over. i realized that i didn't really know what a saxophone looks like. and sorry for the bad scan im at work.
    edit-the scans so bad i don't know if you can tell or not, but the one on the right is of a kid reading a book. i was off his right slightly behind and above him.

    Fruit

    So heres a charcoal study of some fruit and a bag from last year. i couldn't keep the camera still so its a little blurry. i guess thats what tripods are for.18x24 on bristol board

    some really great studies here, what caught my eye was your thumbnail sketchbook pic of your Bouguereau study. I wana see it pushed all the way!

    more studies

    im so bad about updating this thing. its tough with a full time job two kids and wife and dog and school. anyway ill try harder. the 3rd one of the body builder was kinda funny, he tanned everything but his face. so he had this big orange body with this little white head.

    OMFG! This is one of my FAVORITE paintings EVER! I did a charcoal study of this painting back in school. Wish I could find it!

    me too cuptow. i should really finish that. anyway this is a copy of andre wallin's rainy day. that guys got some real skillz
    edit - and a copy of one gentleman's Thor. can someone please help me remember the author's name? im so terrible with names... He had a great thread in the finished section of all his comic work, and im a silly silly fool for forgetting it.

    and then heres a copy of hunting ground by dan dos santos that im working on. is his last name one or two words?
    i seem to have a real problem finishing anything in photoshop so im GOING to FINISH this ONE.
