    here are a few pencil doodles. also, i have some bad news about my workplace! looks like the place i'm working @ currently, will be closed down after February. it's like a good/bad thing. good, because i won't have work in the way, therefore i can do more art and improve, oh and homework too i guess.
    bad, because i won't be making munniezzzz.. 8U i'll be on unemployment but w/e. i'll try to go for commission work and stuff, cuz i really wanna do this kind of thing for a living > just have to work harder at it... which @ the moment.. been slacking .... UFHUGSDHGJSGHDJLHAFG ok ok. i did however make a new schedule for myself for post-february that way i can fill my time w/ studies n such. looking forward to it

    @MattGamer: thanks mr.matt Regarding drawing people around me, I've started doing it again at school between classes since I have like an hour break. It helps, even though i'm not that great at it yet :3. Thank you for your input!

    @Lav: thanks Lav!

    Okay so I was doing this color study from a photo and as I began doing it, I was rushing through it. Realized it looks nowhere near the photo, so I went over and revised it. Patience is key xD. It's still a work in progress. Also, some random pencil sketch.

    @GoGoJojo: lolololwut. >:U om nom noms. thanks jojo but you are surely improving! don't give up

    Here's a still life I did today. Apple, spoon, and my old zune. Didn't really render the zune as much as I wanted to, and I just destroyed the still life right after i finished. Soooo many colors in an apple! Also, the light source changed a bit over time so I had to readjust some values as I went along. There are several discrepancies with the apple's shadow that makes one area of it look flat (I think you can spot it easily).

    very nice studies mate.I love the fact that you are working a lot from imagination but also doing life studies and such.So keep up the good work and everytime you start sketchin a new imagination character try to apply a little thing you learned from the previous work(like trying to fix a certain mistake or something)
    keep up the good work
    see ya

    @kingkostas: thanks king! I find it hard to do both life studies and imagination, but I will try my best to keep doing so. It's the only way to keep pushing forth, right? :3

    Just some scribble I did when it was about time to get off work. Several problems still exist, but that's to be expected xD. Back to the studies now that I'm home!

    Hmm.. I've never done a CHOW before but I just glanced at CHOW 190's topic and was quite interested, however the deadline is tomorrow. Not sure but i'll try submitting something. Kind of late on starting one, but this is what I sketched the last 20 minutes.

    @Enydimon: Thanks bro!

    So my first CHOW entry.. It was last minute, but I wanted to try it. The topic was on Kitsune. Anyway, I would change my coloring but I'll enter it as is. Yes that is a dead fox xD

    And some random scribble I did in Photoshop while listening to this kpop song that's been stuck in my head for a long time now.

    @Lav: AHAHAHAHA.. I had that same reaction from some of my friends too, they were like "wtf is she taking a big shit??" But yeah it's supposed to be her tail. I should probably refine it, but I'm at school atm.... xD

    Sorry for no update on this post, just wanted to see how the CHOW entries have been looking. Peace~

    I think you need to add more contrast in your sketches. No shame in rendering them, but push the values.
