    Some really great pieces. Really.
As for me, I don't paint snow too often, and would love some tips on how to make my piece better. It still needs a lot of polish.

Here's my first WIP. This is acrylic on Masonite. I should have this finished in a day or two.

    Icon

Duman - There are a few basic things that would improve your painting. First off, composition. The pipes and building are shoved way off to the top and bottom. The remaining 80% is static. Think of eye movement, and harness it for your own benefit. Second, color. It's going to benefit you to look at some reference. Pay attention to how color emphasizes a space, creates atmosphere and scale, and modify your painting for what's important to notice. Getting colors specific will also lend a great deal of realism. Honing their inter-relations is going to give the image more coherency. Third, concept. The general objects you've provided are a sufficient base, but give them character by either making a nice scatter of details or torquing up more interesting shapes from what you have.

    Hope that's helpful!

I must say these are by far the coolest (pun intended) concepts I've seen in the short time I've been following CA.org My own imagination went wild and it killed me not to have any time available to participate. I love all your pieces. GREAT WORK! I'd like to see the movie.

This is my first EOW. Wooo! This piece took me about 4 1/2 hours. It's rather a small image, done in acrylic on 9"x 9 1/2" masonite. Kinda wish I'd done it digitally, but it would have taken me a LOT longer, and I didn't want to miss this. XD I'm not entirely sure how to do the icon thingie mentioned in the description. >.>
