thanks! here's more progress on that drawing

    1) thumbnail selection
    2) value rough
    3) sketchup block in (I don't usually do this, but for this vehicle and camera angle it helped me with accuracy)

How do you get everything so... crisp and smooth and even?

    Envious.

    Beautiful sketchbook.

you can just tell this ones going to be good. love the tech; ducted fans and .. enclosed rotors? radomes? em or info war jammer/transmitters?
i was thinking you do most of the stuff UFOs do with a high performance helicopter (see video below) but the impressive bit is the total silence... some kind of antisound speakers or finlets hooked up to a meaty processor...
i really like the bulky nacelles contrasting with wierd shell of the main body; do they pull in during flight to hug the hull?
i might lighten some weight out of the landing gear it looks very chunky... also no wheels means no moving it when its on the ground without a trolley...
cant wait to see how it turns out

The Sketchup thing seems to be a good idea. I'll probably give it a try when working on something geometrically "accurate". I'm following this one !

    Daily sketch !

like the last one alot, a very shiny vehicle!
just one thing, the one wheel (my right) doesnt really feel like its touching the ground and it kind of looks like the guy closest to the vehicle is pushing it.
