Different interpretations of the Same Creature

So I got inspired by Nibru (cheers for the topic) but this was actually an idea I had before, just didn't have the time to make an "example image" before now.

    To explain:

I was out walking in the forest with my family in August when my 3-year-old son suddenly goes:
    (translated from Swedish)
"Dad, we have to look for the Doddlers!"

So we have no idea what "doddlers" are, but we have read the books on Spiderwick for our children recently and so we ask what it is and sure enough, it is some sort of creature that we normally cannot see (a fairy or nature-creature if you will.

We come home and I get my son to describe these "Doddlers" for me.

    Here is the description:

    Long, black head
    Mandibles
    "zigzag teeth"
    Many black little eyes
    Eight legs
    green
"nice" (as in behaviour, they are nice to people)
    Eat leaves and clothes
    Cute
    No willie
They are outside in the dark
They are usually found on rocks.

So- obviously some things are open for interpretation, this is a three year old kid we are talking about here, his description might not make sense.
Some things can be dropped but not so many as to keep the interpretations falling within the scope of "Doddlers".

Below is my example-image (not so great)
Both my son and I would love to see yours!

Grown ups can never surpass the imagination of a child.

I'll see if I can do something, it seems like lotsa fun! And because it's your 3 year old son that came up with it makes it even more intressting.
