    rainytown's scrapbook

Hello! I've been drawing as a youngling, but had gone through a 10 year pause, and only started drawing seriously again recently
Crit is very welcome as I'm trying to improve myself for my own enjoyment!

Hey Rainytown, welcome to CA. I really love the expression you've given her. I'm only just starting out myself so can't really give you any crits, but have to say I really like the picture. Keep posting.

Naww man your studies aren't bad. You just gotta be patient, the comments will come soon enough. I can't offer much advice since I'm struggling with skintones myself. Painting from photos probably would help I guess.

    Prop

My first prop item, which is a futuristic gun. Um.. yeah the perspective is off but I couldn't fix it, as drawing a grid around it only got me confused more haha

    Thumbnail Sketches

I draw a lot of anatomy, but on paper, and I don't have an accessible scanner atm, but alas I made something digitally; My first thumbnail sketches I would REALLY appreciate some pointers if anyone sees something with the negative spaces or the balance as I'm trying to learn, and not getting much feedback from the course I'm taking
