Hey there new sketchbook buddy, noticed you and I posted sketchbooks at about the same time! Like what you've got so far and would love to see more work from you! My only suggestion would be to work on the blending of some of your colors a bit more, and maybe try to work on the texture, especially on the mustache, but I think your digital skills are already better than mine for sure.

Alipes: Thanks buddy! yeah, the no blending thing was actually by choice, I wanted to keep it as loose as possible because I tend to noodle too much and never end up with the desired results ^_^

Ok so Im rebuilding from the bottom up...literally..here are some sketches sans reference @_@! sorry for the piss-poor scans, I'll do better next time...

Hot damn, I saw your chow update and i had to come over here, I'm sad there's not more to to see though!
Everything i do see though is great, wonderful legs, that's what i'm working on right now as well.
No worthwhile crits, your anatomy looks nice and strong as does your style, keep on updating, i'll be back for sure.

Enydimon: Thank you very much, Im trying really hard to get it working better glad you find it decent!

TheGnoll: Grazie mille! sei molto gentile, spero di aggiungere altre cose per cercare di migliorare! saluti dal Abruzzo!

AustenFM: Sorry to dissappoint good sir, I just started the thread, and I need to get it popping, but thank you for your kind words, Ill try to work more diligently, altho lately Ive been in a slump so Im hoping to recover soon.

chuck18mp: Thank you as well..the style is a bit of a problem for me, Inever really know how to draw, I feel I lack direction if not determination in that sense, but thank you also for the compliments!!!

Awesome, I was wondering if you were going to finish the Halloween CHOW or not.

Just remember the anatomy you had on the first sketch. You had it good there.

His pose looks a tad bit stiff there. And his leg furthest from us looks a bit odd.

    Liking the overall concept, though.

Dude, you have a sick style to match your imagination. Those crab head concepts are ridiculous. They look deserving of more exploration.
