    Cool workspace man
Add in some muscle studies in here as well. People might not agree with me with this but personally I feel like bones aren't as important as muscles. Having a grasp of bones is important too but since muscles shows the most, it's more important.

But of course, if you don't know how the bones goes and how they are placed and such stuff will look weird. But in the end, muscles provide the most shape (if the object isn't fat of course).

Not saying you should stop doing the bone stuff but put some of that energy on the muscles.

    Cheers mate, keep it up

Your landscape paintings are interesting. One thing I notice is some of the details are very fuzzy? Do you paint small thumbnails then res it up later with color?

@ Huey Leng - Thanks for the comments mate!! I agree, I do need to get a small sketchbook for when I'm out and about. What's the benefit of moleskin? Cheers :>)

@ Loathsome - Thanks for the comments dude!! I agree that the musculature is definitely one of the most important considerations during body composition. Cheers :>)

@ AlexTooth - Ahhhhh Mr Tooth!! Thanks for the support my friend!! Glad you like the drawing table. I plan on giving it some real punishment over the next few years!!

@ Noukah - Thanks for the comments Nou!! Glad you like the workspace. Cheers :>)

@ Pigeonkill - Thanks for the comments mate!! The landscapes were both originally test canvases (approx 700 x 420) for some new brushes I'd made. They were therefore too small to shrink at the end. Lesson learned = big canvas even if I'm testing brushes!! Cheers :>)

@ JailHouseRock2 - Thanks for stopping by bro!! Glad you like the workspace. Cheers :>)

@ iven - Thanks for comments iven!! Glad you like the bone studies.... Stay tuned for the muscle studies!! Cheers :>)

@ DSmith - Thanks for the comments my friend!! No, the drawing board isn't copyrighted. Feel free to build one... just make sure you post some pics once it's done. I'll sort out some photos at the weekend and fire them off to you if you want. Cheers :>)

Today's practice was the start of some muscle studies.
So... this piece today will be my 'study from memory' piece tomorrow.
I'll also do a fresh study which will become my memory piece for the day after tomorrow and so on.. all should become apparent....he says hopefully!!

Haha that working table is awesome!

from your last enviro what's sticking out most for me would be the values/ hues, which are in a bit of a mess. Still lifes should sort it out.

The bone studies are insane - that's some hardcore studying right there!
    Keep it up

Ummm muscle studies (even though I can't remember every single muscle).

Well moleskin type sketchbook have a unique spine which allow for the book to be open fully right to the spine. This means you can sketch both pages without having the spine bothering you (stapler, wire binding and perfect binding will sure get in the way when you need to extend your drawing to the next page when iyou spread out the book). Plus it makes scanning easier too.

Thanks for checking out my SB Turbosnail, much appreciated.

You have some really nice work in here with some amazing studies such as the work you did looking at human bones. The muscular work is also looking very good and it reminds me that its something I need to start working on also.

    Keep up the great work.
