It'd be really cool if one of you guys readin' this could like.. give me an assignment lol. To see if I can get things done in a certain amount of time, you know. And I need things for a portfolio, but I always just do little sketches of things.. Not sure what to do big finished pieces of..

Thanks for dropping by in my sketchbook! I'm a bit uninspired myself so I can't really give you any suggestions, but do keep up the sketchings, they look very good and creative!

Wow, your stuff is very creative, some really cool ideas. Hmm, but I think if you want to get better at drawing you have to start doing some drills (like drawing 30 hands then 30 eyes etc) that could be your assignment

not sure if itll work for portfolio but right now im working on a character design where you combine Classical Literature with the horror genre. If you have nothing else to do its pretty fun.

As your only friend on CA I'd have to say you need to do draw less. Don't let conventional wisdom confuse you and destroy your natural ability to sleep for 23 hours a day.

I can see that you have a healthy appreciation for all things weird. Your work is often fantastically, quite entertainingly surreal. It's good to see that you're studying figure drawing (do my eyes deceive me, or are those referenced from posemaniacs.com?), keep it up.

Well, your brain must be awesome because I really like your weird stuff.

As it was already said before, you might want to work a bit more on your anatomy though - it looks good in the studies but it seems like you are forgetting the things you already know when you're drawing from imagination.

I'm looking forward to see more weirdness from you.

hmmm, maybe you can adding more details to your doodles?

    It is the doodle man!

You could try doing a load of detailed reference studies, but adding your own twist to them. I'd like to see this...

    Keep going man.

good start, don't be afraid to try new mediums if you haven't already done so. Now is a great time to experiment as much as possible
