    is your brain balanced?

if she turns left, you use the left side of the brain more often. if she turns right, the right side. if you see both changing all the time your brain is balanced

It's drawn in a way where the left side can equally be portrayed as the right side and vise versa, so it's not actually going either way. I did have a .gif with an overlay showing this but I can't find it durrrr.

Lol that's clever! - Not entirely sure which is meant to be 'left' and 'right' though as I naturally see her as rotating clockwise if she were to be seen from above... is that 'right' or 'left'??

I found the easiest way to make her switch direction is to focus on her outstretched leg or to simply turn your head upside-down!

Took me quite a bit of focus to switch direction so whatever clockwise is - I use that side of my brain mostly

Ahahaha - just checked this list I found from page with same test and I'm definitely described better by the left-side but certainly see the clockwise direction in the test (managed to answer my question with a quick google search - clockwise = right)

Hmmm having said that - both left and right describe particular things about me ... maybe this shows I'm more risk taking than I give myself credit for

    LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONS
    uses logic
    detail oriented
    facts rule
    words and language
    present and past
    math and science
    can comprehend
    knowing
    acknowledges
    order/pattern perception
    knows object name
    reality based
    forms strategies
    practical
    safe

    RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS
    uses feeling
    "big picture" oriented
    imagination rules
    symbols and images
    present and future
    philosophy & religion
    can "get it" (i.e. meaning)
    believes
    appreciates
    spatial perception
    knows object function
    fantasy based
    presents possibilities
    impetuous

Aha - I have a test for peoples!

try getting it so you see her moving left to right to left to right etc but facing you the whole time and then so she is facing away from you the whole time! Basically so she's not rotating but just moving side to side.

(Note - technically she is rotating anti-clockwise due to the reflection ... as you can only see it moving right to left and because of the angle - the reflection would only show like that with her foot away from us at that point! This would be more accurate and tricky with no shadow but for some reason I still see her rotating clockwise if I don't focus!)

(Note - I'm not totally convinced my previous note is correct)

I'll back you up on that, I noticed that too. I can make her turn, but the shadow never does.
