I'm a young, professional animator (only two years in the industry) looking to make the jump into preproduction for animation and gaming. I'd love some advice from any of you seasoned professionals on improving my portfolio.
I'm getting ready to start applying for some preproduction postions and I'd love to put by best foot forward.
Anything I'm missing? Should I label projects? Group by project?

Very nicely presented , what programme do you use to paint? it comes across in a ps illustrator way but obviously thats not only programme to use!

I use pencil, paper, Photoshop and Flash almost exclusively.
I've gotten used to using a cintiq 21 ux now and do most of my drawing directly into Photoshop, then just paint over.
