Once again I am back with few new creatures.
I am trying once again to bring life to new form of existenz...
Hope you enjoy.
I would like to precise one thing. I never use any 3d, photograph or any references.
Everything have been done in Photoshop.

so fucking cool
You have very good rendering skills, but I would concentrate more on figure drawing and form if I were you. Your first pic is beautiful, but his pose is very static, and the bird-flipping hand reveals a little weakness in proportion and posing/staging.
wow.. they look amazing, love the details.. may i ask what programs u used to draw them?
Lone wolf and Hannahkittie< Thanks for these comments!
Softskin<I know the posing is not really dynamic, but this is not really the challenge here. And about the strange proportions, it is really part of the design.
aykevin<I am using Photoshop CS4. But honestly I use each time the same effects and brushes since Photshop 7.
Good job my friend! Love the first robotic creature design! Its very retro! i dig that!
you should add your newborn entry here, that will fit the group
Seriously? You would be able to see more of the raised hand on your robot, if the angle of it is what the 1st joint of each finger indicates (except for the index, because it seems to have a direction of its own) Plus, your lighting on that whole lower arm also suggests that it's flat like an armshaped board. I'm very sure that THAT is not part of your design. I'd do you a draw-over, but I'm at work
And I know the posing should not be overly intricate for concept work, but a little weight, juxtapose and assymmetri never harmed anyone.
I know this is the Finished forum, so I'm not asking you to change it, just to consider for future work.
The first 2 pics look a bit flat in my opinion. The third creature is really great with the textures and facial expression.Cool monster. The environment design is very cool as well.(Loks quite cold out there...). Great bunch of work alltogether!
Randis< Thanks for your comments Man, I am blushing!
Sofskin< I will take notes about your comments, and I will try to bring more moves to my next characters.
You could see the latest one (The Gorgone) is a bit different.
Ganja< Thanks for your words.
Randis asked me to post my artworks for the contest.
Here are my zombies!
And a new paint:

There are some really powerful creature designs here man, great, great job!
Its also a magical thing to watch people grow more into thier own style and feel, these really seem like a strong evolutionary leap for you from your last body of works, a lot more texture and a stronger array of unconventional lighting schemes.
Dare I say your a natural for horror, I think youve got the touch for it, you know how to ride that tight balance between high-impact funhouse schlock and threatening ambience that you need to strike.
Not that im some horror master or anything but I know what I like to look at when it comes to horror.
I love that zombie piece, it just drips 80's camp and I adore that nocturnal palette.
Looking forward to more buddy!
Really fantastic creature designs man! I'm amazed in how you manage to achieve such creepyness in them. Inspiring stuff all around, thanks for sharing!
Nickybeats< Thanks for your compliments! It is great to think that you believe in these worlds and creatures!
Tgfx<I appreciate to spend time on details..
Cryptcrawler<Many thanks for your wonderful words!

Artfodon< I will certainly add more sexy touch in the next subjects.
