Nice start for the sketchbook! i really like your use of colors and values in these pieces. I think more anatomy studies is the best course of action. You have a good base, you just need to keep working it harder until it gets to a great level. In the first drawing, i notice that the arms seem a little weird. The torso looks pretty lovely, but the arms don't flow as well from the body. The muscles feel a little too unnatural.
Interesting creature designs, too! you have good detail... just keep on working on anatomy studies! Also, don't forget to add a sense of ground or background to your characters. They're all currently sort of floating on air, or maybe barely casting a light shadow. For studies, that's alright, but I just want to make sure that everything isn't like that!!
