Just transferred into VCU (and out of RISD), so this is my first semester here (though I'm a junior).

    - Illustration: Drawing & Painting - Sterling Hundley - Awesome! Sterling Hundley seems reeeeeally awesome, and so knowledgeable. Hoping to learn a ton here.
    - Concept Drawing - Tin Salamunic - No, it's not concept art. Basically about how to illustrate things, and come up with ideas really, really fast.
    - Typography - Tyler Darden (almost like Fight Club) - Sophomore level course, but still should be good. Never tried drawing my own letter-forms.
    - Photography - Jeff Saxman - Totally new experience for me. Just bought myself my first camera and am anxious to give photography a try.
    - History of Visual Communications - Jorge Benitez - Just another art history class, with more of a world history bent to it.

    It's keepin' me busy already.

    It's like I have a choice...this is a set curriculum ...from Wednesday I mean....

    Monday:
    Minor: I have Classical Painting!

    Tuesday:
Internship at an art school for media and design.

    Wednesday:
Open digital workshop (which I have to teach instead of attend to )
    Contemporary art history
Didactic method (How to teach in a practical approach)

    Tuesday:
Art class (Basicly work within a theme, you decide what you're gonna do. (Next semester = Free theme!))
Education science. (How to teach but more in a theoretical approach with lots of philosophers)

    Friday:
    Off...

Well...I hope it will be any good.

    No first (w00t!)
Physiology (I figure I can get some anatomy practice out of science that can help my art)
    Spanish 7 (meh, but mandatory)
    AP Studio Art (w00t!)

And then AIM, which is a special program within my school. We work as film makers and we learn to be cinematographers etc while still retaining the school subjects. It's probably the coolest thing I've ever done in school. I love it so much! The classes for AIM are:

    AP Economy
    AP Composition (English)
    Media/Computers/Film

All of the above = the best schedule I've ever had in my life!

Last year I fought (with my therapist, and my dad who is also a therapist... I needed a mental breather.) to NOT HAVE TO TAKE MATH THIS YEAR! It's amazing!
