Soo, as promised, replies for tout le monde!!!

    Zou: Thanks!
Yeah I think that sketching is the most important phase. Although I stil think that the image ended up cliche nevertheless. But atleast It got better in terms of composition I think.
Those circles are just articulation. Didn't think of adding wheels, although its a good idea: Ghost in the Shell style

hunchback: Thanks for the kind words. I hope my comment on your work were really helpful

    Kamikazuh: Thanks!

    Charles Ratteray: Danke!

    Kfeeras: Aligato!

Janos: Thanks. Although my sketches are seldom "fast" nowadays

Ricardo Robles: Thanks Ric! Yeah I spose I could've given it some more reflected light, but chose instead to to let your imagination wander. That and the fact that I was too afraid to screw up the shapes o.o

MacTire: Thanks! And again, they aren't really speedy

    kischi : Gracias!

knut-: Glad you like them. I study alot of things: biology (arthropods mostly for "crab mechs"), war vehicles, robotics, etc.
May seem like a chore, but I really love learning about such things, and in fact, I usually study much more than what is needed for painting.

Ivan Turcin: Thanks Ivan, and agreed!

biglu: Thanks, glad you enjoy them!

    Forrest_I: Thanks!

    aiRaGe: Merci!

Verehin: I take that as a good sign?!

liquidjack: Interesting that you mention such an old work... I look at most of my old stuff and go "bahhh!" in 0.5 picoseconds nowadays.
    But glad you like it

    dessinateurimpulsif:
    Thanks alot man!

LAL: Thanks! Glad you like it!

Fiddzy: Thanks, hope it was usefull

cout<mecha: You are right, its not the most maneuverable design ever.
But then again, I don't think that any Mech could beat a regular tracked tank in terms of functionality: Tanks can travel at high speed, are pretty much all terrain (they can even climb stairs!), and are more durable (due to less exposed moving parts).
So I really just draw those sort of mechs because I love their look

Lateman: Glad you like it, thanks! That abstract part is really struggle. Glad people see it going somewhere!

    Seraph Fawkes:
    Thanks!

Bing!: Thanks for the kind words!
I use textured brushes through the whole painting, from beginning to end. The same goes for plain brushes, particle brushes, etc etc. I have a very organic approach to things too.

    shadow1687: Thanks!

T.a.i.v.a.s: Thanks! I just wish I'd improve faster

Rollingman: Thanks glad you like it!
For colors I use various techniques, and none of them involve starting in grayscale: I may start with the white canvas, picking the colors in the sliders (color theory for the win!), I may start with a texture, or I may overlay images\strokes on top of one another. Or a mix of all those techniques.

aLDoDarK: Thanks, glad you dig it!

    zweiDee: Thanks!

    iven: Thanks!
You should try PS... really the best imaging software around IMO!

Call0ps: Epa! Muita treta na vida a roubar tempo Mas sim, não paro de pintar!
Outro lado do mundo?

Yor: Thanks! You will, in due time

loper42: Thanks!, Glad you like it!

    RicardoGuimaraes: Obrigadão! Tugas FTW!

    Holland: Nailed? Not yet
    Thanks for the cheer up!

kingkostas: Thanks! I'm right here! And I'm afraid I'll get a stroke when I check up your SB, if you're still updating at the pace you did when I vanished into the shadows

    Nigh7shad3: Thanks

SnobbyOo: Thanks! Feels good to show stuff actually

Kambei Shimada: Glad you like it!

Good work Morgado, very interesting studies. Also liking the loose brush work. Looking a lot like Craig Mullins up in this mofo!
