failed rescue part 3: Minions unleashed

    Hi,

I feel it's not quite finished and I'd like some feedback please.

(ps: as far as the town being weird, it's medieval, so it's not quite...straight and angular)

    Thank you,

    C.

i like the layout, and the characters look very nice, but the only thing that buggin me is the fact that its nightime, and the 2 figures in the forground look like they are standing in daylight, while everything else is very dark...i throws the balance off it seems like.
im by no means a painter, but thats what i noticed right away.

ive loved all of these from you, cant wait to see all of em!

It gives a solid dark feeling.
I don't have your skill, but i think the room behind the houses could have more perspective,it makes the background look flat. The thorns in the lower right of the picture could be more fluend and pointed,as the other detail of the figures is.
Some nitpicking:the thorn on the back of the right creature could be more plastic, the part on his right shoulder is shadowed earlier than the edge at his neck.the fire is simple compared with the detail on the figures.
    cool picture,reminds me h. bosch.

MUAHAHAH, that town is SO dead (i.e. nice pic)

The sole suggestion would be to tone the light behind the minions a bit down and maybe add some cold blue moonlight.

    eh, where were we?

Seems a little *too* dark, I can't really make much of it out.
