I really enjoy the pencils sketches, great and fluent lines.
I think that I will start with some portraits myself, maybe you could get my gear in action.

Keep it up with the studies mate, you are really improving.

wow I love the anatomy studies!!! and the last wip! you work so hard, I'm really impressed!

sorry, haven't been arround lately got a new joboffer for a daily job (8-9 hours a day)... and it kills me, its so timeconsuming, and there is still my master thesis I have to work on when I come home... at the end of all this I'm in off mode, all I want then is sleep and letting my brain rest while watching a movie... I'm not sure if it was right to take the job... haven't got time for nothing, not even a single sketch!!!! and all the time I'm feeling bad because of this...

today is my first day off and the first thing I do is commenting on your sb
sorry for all the self-pity, I'm not like this usually I just need to do some art and I'll be the old one again

till then, cheers Murli !!! *hug*

hey there again mate, I like seeing you doing more studies they are helping you a lot.
last piece is looking good, you've maintained parts of the spontaneous feeling of the original sketch, well done.
now make sure that you think your colours through and remain focused on what you want to achieve doing this piece.

    Keep up the splendid work.

    Cheers

Dannelf - thanks alot man. The studies are from real life actually once a week I go and do a 3hour course with nude model - it's great practice. As for tutorials.. I don't really know. What exactly is it you want to know? I'll try to help.

Natzuur-JR - thanks man glad to hear

Localfatheaded - thanks a bunch! great to hear, since I myself don't feel much improvement hehe. See ya around and thanks for the encouragement.

Lilou - Hi Diana, I can't really say I work hard.. more like.. slacking hard! That's good news I guess, about the job? I mean, you get a steady income and all.. but sad to hear about the art Best of luck with the new job.. and I'm honored - visiting me first thing yaey.. you can come and have some self-pity anytime.. but from now on I'll have to charge. I can't have you hanging on my shoulder for free ya know..
hope to see some updates from you soon, til then.

Man Made God - thanks! Ill try to have some more sexy work with next update

Buckster - Thank you very much, and for giving some feedback - really needed. I think what I'm doing a bit wrong is that I don't think when I start a piece, I just start scribbling and painting. And then when I got something, I havn't given a thought to color and thats when I get stuck, like with this one. I got stuck with the colours, so I just gave it a warm tone and added some fire.. shame on me.
    thanks mate, appreciate it.

Only paper-work today.. too tired to work - I should get a hold of myself. Missed half of this weeks life-drawing due to train delay.. really sucky.
I'm happy the weather was good enough for me to go out and draw some birds.. I suggest you try it once, I've not had so much fun and felt so relaxed in a long time. It really makes you think on how to depict it in an instant.. drawing moving geese isn't easy.

Thanks for sropping by and feeding me with fresh critts, man! You know I appreciate it!

3 hours a week with nude models? Estetlinjen låter inte så illa!
The studies looks real thight! And great that you're having fun drawing the birds. You've really caught it's character!

    Kör på ffs!

About the tutorials; never mind! I find it a good way to gain motivation!

Dannelf - hehe det är en kurs utanför skolan, eget initiativ estet linjen är inte så illa.. jag har fria händer att göra vad jag vill ungefär. Det tråkiga är bara att alla inte är lika ambitiösa.
Thanks man, about the birds, try reading them as a manga, from right to left. I'm left handed so I drew the pages starting from right.

Couldn't fall asleep.. Havn't touched the pad in 2 days... just don't have it these days. Anyhow.. some speedies, spontanious.. 10-15 minutes each
