Hi, this is an image i have been working on and before I go into details I would like to hear some suggestion and feedback from you, fellow artists. I would really appreciate that.
    Cheers,

I really like the overall scene. Reminds me of the matrix.
The figure and his weapons are looking good, as is the glass.
What I would do is stress the muzzle flashes and their lighting effects on the character, and add more to the city lights.
I would also work on the "ass" region, specifically where the right leg meets the groin, as that looks a little off. And Im not sure the mask is working right now.
Your on the right track, this has the potential to look really cool.

The legs feel a little short, especially the forshortened one. Maybe that, the face, and adding more dynamic lighting (using the gun-fire as a stronger lightsource) will make it pop more.

I would like to see some more sense of motion in the background sense the scene is following the motion of the character.

Thanks dude, i will work on that. I know that the guns area is nowhere near finished. I am taking care of this now. I am being careful about the city lights though, as I really want to keep focus on the guy, almost isolate him and I thought the blurry background with little detail worked. I will leave it for now, work up the guns and flashes and see if anything needs to be added there later.
    Thanks again

Yeah, the legs are off. I think I got a little intimidated by such strong contrast of light and shadow that at one point I left it and assumed that the final addition of motion blur will take care of that, which I think it will, in a way)

THE BLUR - my problem is, I am not sure what should be blurred, to be honest. I mean - I will keep the background blurred and faded, this I know but when I am trying to think about which part of the shooter will benefit from blurring I get confused.
Anyway - I will try different approaches as I go along.

    Thanks!

Its an improvement. I would, however, like to see some more adventurous city lights. If only to see if they would look alright. I think making the lights stand out more and them blurring them with the motion blur would be awesome.

Right. Instead of that, at least for now, I added more debris and a little bit of texture. My eyes hurt. That's it for tonight. I think I need to think it through while I am sleeping
