thumbz. quick "look and feel" thumbz!

I wanted to quickly establish the difference between good and evil. We decided our work would have an whiff of the orientalist masters.
The good version will be a soul shaman, while the evil version will be a necromancer. More stuff to come !

    Pre Vis

Some snazzy ref images. Goin' for a sculpted, protector/guardian look for the 'Good Guy'. Definitely a more weathered look. Still exploring ideas at this point. Thumbs are a'coming.

    Thumbz a'came.

Playing with the idea of having a floating-debris-face character. Explained through advanced magnetics or ferrofluids or some boolshit like dat. you know?

This is my design for the "good" character.

I wanted to get the details in before going straight to the illustration process.

    Heinous Mofoz

For the EVIL version, I'm thinking of fused, grinding, melting metal crap. Similar attire probably. I'll have costume details of this guy soon. Kinda leaning towards the middle one at the moment.
