    My artwork

This is basically my first fully finished piece with my newly-bought Cintiq 12WX. It's kind of like this really lightweight mech, used primaly for scouting and such. I'm not 100% happy how it came out, but I'll give it a shot.

    Original size is 3508 x 4961 at 300ppi. Photoshop CS4 + Wacom Cintiq 12WX

    good stuff!
For a crit I'd say that your rendering is excellent but you should maybe work on the underlying drawings a bit more before you get too involved in the finish. The hands in particular on the second image look a bit off.

    Signals (NUDITY!)

Ok, third one ready. I could have worked it a little bit more, but... well here it goes.

I would like to echo Newman's crit and apply it to this new piece. Your rendering is pretty good. You seem to have a fairly solid understanding of the program and so forth. But, your anatomy is pretty far off. It is especially noticable in this last piece. I would spend some more time with the human figure at this point and worry less about producing polished pieces. Once your figure drawing improves it will make your overall product that much better.

Good start though... keep up the hard work

In search of the mythical art job!
