It's so happy to see u post here Corey~~I love your work, the baby was soooo cute~~more please!
Holy crickers, fantastic works!
I am impressed by your diversity in stylization - good luck finding a job! I think you can get far!
I really enjoy the samurai by the waterfall piece (it got to be my new desktop wallpaper, in fact) and the WIP pictorial of an elf next to a large armoured soldier.
Edit: Be sure to post in the "Artists Looking For Work" section of the Conceptart, too!
Woa Corey you have many talents! My fav is purple knight, followed by waterfall guy..
Thanks for sharing. Wish you success!
Sketchbook: My epic journey from suck to awesome
the knight in the clouds - looks gorgeous , lots of cool drawings man 5*
Alex Alexandrov : Thanks a lot Alex, That one was a fun little test. Im glad you like it
link_choi : Waterfall one is still the pic I cant beat lol I made that when I was 18! Can you beleive it, but Ill get that ol samurai one day. Glad you like that purple pic, was experimenting with limited colors on that one.
Sylphcraft: Thanks I will need it. Seems like its pretty hard getting a job. I posted in the job section too. Thanks!
LINRAN: For a second I thought you knew me! I am honored to have such an amazing artist say such nice words. I am a fan of your work! Incredibly realistic and eye catching.
Leehyori: Thank you : D
FalyneVarger : Now days I aim towards style more so than realism like I used to. I am big fan of them both though. Im still experimenting trying to find a style that comes easy for me. I love exploring : D
sony: I never really noticed it as much until I saw it all together here on this thread actually X D Thank you

Hey corey, epic stuff the variety of your work is in those levels are high keep going man!
Wow. Really great stuff. You have a lot of stand out pieces and the diverse nature of your portfolio will really come in handy when applying for jobs.
I'm curious, are you keen on any certain artistic career path?
Ah, also! Just went to your website and I really loved your bit on pushing yourself. I've come into my last year of art school and I'm really trying to get to the same level as you are and it's very inspiring to see your steps and process.

absolutely beautiful.. the colors in the 4th one dropped my jaw
"We are the music makers... and we are the dreamers of dreams."
The piece with the knight in armor, a cape and the giant axe is the one that struck me as the most awesome. All your pieces are awesome! You say you have a long road ahead - I must not even be on the road!
Very original and creative. I have far more respect for those who produce exciting and original stuff than those who paint really well (skill can be taught, but talent is truly a gift). Good luck and very inspiring!
Please tell me you're kidding. please. Tell me you are just a sales person of a huge, successfull graphics company - and not a 22 year old college graduate. Man. You are KILLING ME! This stuff is mindblowing.
Jeez - don't even have to wish you luck with finding a job - you will bloody rock..
Faboulous varied and excellent collection of fine work you have here Corey. ConceptArt should welcome you with open arms!
aaah, I new I'd seen that giant bunny rabbit before. You won a CGsociety award with that fer chrissakes.. I don't really think you'll have any trouble getting hired, but you'll have to get out there and show your work to companies instead of letting us drool over it
edit: DUDE, I don't wanna sound harsh but: Get yourself a decent looking website. Your current one looks like a frontpage-website of the last century, which is not helping at all. Also, put your best art on the frontpage, so that anyone can see it right away.
If you can't make decent and clean looking site yourself: ask a friend, or hire someone. It's definitely worth the money having a nice digital to expose yourself. Or just make a blogspot thingie. It looks clean and tight, gives all the room to your art.

What I love about CA is that just when you think you could not be more impressed by a body of work, you turn around and someone has raised the bar even more. Seriously, for being so young and just out of college I'm scared to think how much better you're going to get when you're already so insanely talented. Love your work and loved that you showed a good deal of variety. I totally dig the more stylized works, but then again that's like picking my favorite M&M, they are all equally good Keep it up!!
Man you kick ass ! very good and varied work
aliciad33: someone at 3dtotal said the same thing lol
BiFFF: Thanks : D
Deodatus: Thank you and no problem : )
digitaldavinci : Wow thank you so much. I never thought of it like that, I was just posting random things. Thats encouraging . I like stylized work these days : D
Qitsune: Thanks I've had my site since I was 14. But started doing digital at 12 i think it was. What i posted here was just the best few pieces from age 17 to now.
Pixeltuner: Thats soemthing to keep in mind : D I usually use flash.
midknight523 : Thanks alot man
CRAIGGERS: thanks man I will. You seem to have alot of cool pieces on your site. A lot of different styles.
Eaglecaste: Hey you came to CA link : D I really hope so.
lewiston: lol yeah Im just one guy, but ill probably have to start my own thing one day as of jobs are spare. Thank you so much man, means alot : D
robinchyo: Robin man whats up? Yeah sorry I havent actually sat down and made any digital paintings in like 2 years O_O But thats because you know in school my major wasnt fine art's related. They just taught me very basic generel skills for a lot of differnt programs. I checked out your work, man your environments, vehicles, and weapons are becoming so amazing. Go robin. Im glad i know you : D
eb_sculpt : Its a risky thing you know. Im still exploring trying to find my own style though. When you do this kind of risky art you might end up creating a lot of failure pieces but I think the reward will be much greater because A.) people will instantly know your work because of your style and hopefulyl respect you more, and B.) you wont have to spend your life trying to get to someone elses level because your not even playing the same game they are anymore. Im constantly failing but it lets me know what people dont like and what they do. I look at it as Im an entertainer, I draw to entertain people like a muscian. I have a long way to go.
ceddo : Man you are on the road and going fast. Just being on this site means you are on the road for goodness sake lol I saw your work man you have the fighters spirit. Sweet robots too : D
midknight523: lol thanks again man
biggjoee5790: Yeah I really like that piece. I had so much fun making it. My first time using adobe illustrator my new favorite program right now. Glad you like it : D
kumi: Im not sure if it'll help you get a job or not really. Companies probably want someone who is specialized at one thing or certain things. Like weapons or vehichles. Maybe smaller companies want more of a generalist though. Keep going though, last year of school congrats on making it this far : D I have a few more tutorials i want to put up. I may not be where I want to yet, but I came a long way and what I've learned I will share it is how I look at it : D My career path is I want to be an animator really, but hoping to get in the door with illustration so I can leech off the skillz of other talented people sucking their knowledge dry lol. Or go to animation mentor which will put my school billz even further out there but it might be worth it. What do you want to do?
MurdokX : Hey man im from chicago too. Do you plan on staying out here? Not much out here it seems. Everythings in cali i hear.
