    join me on my adventure

This is my first post in the sketchbook section. id first like to say that i really appreciate everyone on this site and all of you are a great inspiration and influence on my work. i have been surfing this site for a long time, probably a couple years. and i didnt have the confidence to post any of my stuff. But i just got a wacom tablet about a month ago and i think its time i start posting some things to get some feedback and valuable learning experiences . im FULL of questions about so many things. but instead of asking them in a machine gun fashion ill ask them as they come up along my wacom tablet journey. Hope you enjoy my sketchbook. HELP ME PROGRESS.

these are just some sketches. my biggest style and technique influences i think are Yoji Shinkawa (Metal gear solid concept artist GOD), and Min(bumskee@CA)

OK I am honored to be the first one posting in your sketchbook I know you will get far ^^
it looks like you have some skill but I am not sure what is your direction, are you learning to draw generally or just learning your wacom?

thank you so much. i am so glad you posted. i was beginning to think that noone liked my stuff. or that people were discriminating because im new to the site. to answer your question- BOTH. im learning to draw aswell as learning my wacom. but i have been able to draw i think for quite some time. i just got my wacom about 2 months ago. i have done no digital art previous to that so it is a brand new fresh medium im working with hehe. I am 20 years old. and currently a student at Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus Ohio. i will be attending my sophomore year this fall. I am majoring in Illustration and fine art.

Hey I'm loving this sketchbook, especially the quadroped girl! very sweet stuff. It looks like you got a good handle on your lines. Throw in some colors!
