The expressiveness of the face is very intriguing -- tells a lot about the character. There's nothing much I could say about it at this stage, but it is looking very promising! Do you plan to give him a background scene? I'd like to learn what his story is.

The tip of his nose... is it intentionally orangier than the rest of the face? It gives him a bit of drunk look if you stare at it for a long time, in my humble opinion. However, it's a great start! I would love to see the final piece.

Haha, I never think he'd look drunk in this picture =D

I don't have much story for this guy right now coz at first I was just doodling and then it turn out better than I expect. Maybe I should spend more time creating his back story now haha

When people (or animals) snarl they pull their lips back from their teeth. The expression he has right now is interesting, but it isn't a snarl, and it looks a little odd. If you meant to do that, then cool I think it tells us something about the character. If not, then...there you go.

His right arm looks off. The upper half seems to be pointing down, but the lower half looks like it's angled back (like his elbow is bending the wrong way). I think you should double check where that arm is bending, and where it's pointing.

The teeth bother me. I don't believe that the canines would be sticking out that far with the head at that angle.

Mm, I really like the motion created by the brushstrokes, very energetic. Your skin tone is fantastic. The only odd thing I see may be his left eye (viewer's left), the iris and pupil look a bit too... squished? It's not too big a deal, though.
