    small details...melted wax, imperfections in the table, and objects. Textures, more definition ie, whats that in the Background? it appears to be a room divider with an image on it, but after looking closer it may be windows? im also not seeing accurate lighting here given all the candles. Finally the bare picture frame dead center of the image is very boring and kills the eyes movement around the screen...in fact you may want to reconsider your composition overall as it's not very flowing.

    Are all those light sources set to cast shadows?

    It doesn't look like it.

    For me the composition isn't really working, scoot that camera around a bit..
