    Newborn concept: Untitled

Here is my idea. Not the best of ideas though, just gives me something to do.
I was thinking of an alien that births its own, within a fantasy world with knights and mages and stuff, LOL. Forgive me my idea is not the most complete. The best thing will be a cool image coming out of this. Crits are always welcome.

I like the idea and I'd like to see how it develops. The main character reminds me of a balance guardian. It looks pretty good in monochrome but I think a predominantly red colour palette would work well when you develop this piece.

Looks like a good start for sure! Is that dude with the sword attacking the alien?

CreatrixArts-Yeah I was thinking that as well. Also I was thinking putrid green pallete. I am still debating though. I am just kinda painting on the fly at the moment and letting the painting develop itself. I am trying to get the compo together first though. I got a bit lost in the painting for a minute working the creature a bit much. Lets Hope the color version keeps its luster.

dCepT- That was the idea at first, but I don't think it is working though. I am trying to resolve that now by creating something flying at the knight. I also expanded the canvas a bit to add a couple more characters to help the composition a bit. And sell the illusion a bit more. Thanks though, now its just marrying the image that is task at hand.
