thanks Koto! yeh i tried a few paintings like that. its a mix of alot of traditional markers, inks n acrylic. then painted abit more in ps. nothing really that special to show :/ might try some more soon.

been really busy with interview's and work recently. got a pretty neat job on an archaeology site for a few weeks but with my other job aswell. i don't get a day off in the whole week any more i might be able to get tomorrow off but not too sure yet. anyway still drawing as much as i can everyday.

woo the sno white and batman pieces are nice. loving those studies. even of the stills of the film. i can't do that most of the time, i get lost in watching the film rather than study. good commitment there! ;]

Cool stuff dude, the batman piece is especially nice. Just the cape could do with a bit work, It feels like it could add some more impact/action to it if it was sort of flowing/curved more. Catch the feeling of impact as batman lands, the 'whiplash' in the cape. Maybe emphasize the curves down into his back? Give it some motion since hes clearly just landed.

sometimes i just use a film and take a bunch of screenshots, then paint from those. that's how i get past the need to watch it. lol!
i think i favor sketchbooks more than finished pieces a lot of the times. it shows me the inside works of the artist and how they think or what they do in certain situations. like their diary, but for those of us who cannot write (that's me). gog ogogoogogo!!! progresss!
