    An introduction

    Hi, everyone!
First things first; I'm Martin Ansin, an illustrator based in Montevideo, Uruguay. I've recently dedicated to illustration full-time, and I'd like to show you some of my recent work.

VERY striking typographical/graphic styling -- use of color is also very strong... beautiful work! The only critique I would have is the line seems a bit "rubbery", which makes the faces feel a bit mushy...

    Best,
    Jason.

Thanks guys! Jason, I've felt the same about the linework; it's a result of trying too hard to control them. The Zöe Bell piece up there was done looser, it could be a better direction.

Love this style. Especially the THX feel ... light watercoloresque with solid line framework... nice use of color.
