    Newborn - Underwater

So VERY unfinished, but the general idea being underwater pods bursting forth with new life. Her body is going to be white with shadows / kinds translucent. And I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the water effect, to make it look like half the image is underwater. But I'll play around with it a bit.

    A lovely thing to see:
    through the paper window's hole,
    the Galaxy.

Very cool. Dunno if you're planning on this or not, I think it would be nice if you left the underwater part of the figure mostly white.

If the body is going to be translucent, maybe the rest of her could be dissolved. Love the vibrant colours.

I didn't think it was possible to be called an artist when you have nothing to say. It's like being a writer who publishes individual words as books and expects to be praised for it.

Thanks! I'm not sure...I want to leave it white, however I think it has to get a bit darker near the bottom, where she's coming out of the pod. What do you think?

I really like that idea, dissolving into the water. Nice, thanks!

oh, she's coming out of the pod from underwater, kinda a pod-birth. I still have to work on defining the pod and also add some more in the background to make it look like a forest. (sort of reminiscent of a seaweed forest). Let me know if this helps.

    Unhappy Almost there...

I feel as though I may have over complicated it a bit. Opinions?
