Great stuff, especially liking the way use colors and textures. I'd like to see more studies on anatomy, but otherwise damn awesome sketchbook!

god damn dude, i went right back to the first page and it started strong and went crazy

i love these ones from early on

    already looking interesting

then on successive pages it goes ballistic and in no time flat your ding stuff like this

i cant crit your brushwork or edges or observation, its all way tighter than i can manage. id just say keep doing what youre doing, experimenting and having fun. might or might not result in the most comercial work for your portfolio, but i cant see how it will make your skills weaker and the stuff youre doing atm looks wicked, you a\re one hell of an artist. looking forward to seeing what you do next, big time!

This is my newest piece for Inferno. I really felt in love with blur at the moment. It gives a really interesting vibe to my paintings, but I'm afraid I kind of like to overdo it a little to much.

The blur is lookin great, and actually I think you need to push it a bit more, at least just in the background. I think you should hit the bg overall once more, and then again for just a few pieces beyond the posts. Love that strong lighting, very well done there.

Yeah you are right, I wish I had the time to rework that painting a little bit more..

    THanks!

Well haven't updated anything in a long time. Here are two carnival impressions I had this year. For some reason the horse-girl and the dancing rainbowman stuck in my memory.

Here is another carnival impression, some worm dudes:

And another and the last painting I'm doing for Inferno before the new set comes out. Well had to rush this and I'm not very satisfied with the coloring at all, as I didn't know what direction I wanted to go, so it looks very unnatural and fake. I will rework this I think in the near future when I will have some time for it.

This sketchbook is awesome! Great colours and even better concepts. Really refreshing stuff.

Can't think of anything to critique at the moment, but I will say that I really like the blur and don't think that you're overdoing it at all.

Hmm i dont really understand the question. It's always different depending on my mood (as always there are good and bad days ;D ). Maybe you should specify your question a little bit more.

Here some speedpaintings from the last month.

Glad to see you around again!
We moved everything to our final server so this site will hopefully be stable from now on.

Agreeing to everything Velocity said. He knows what he's talking about, heee.
I love THIS one, but overall I'm a huge fan of simple paintings with some kind of typographic elements.

    Keep it up!
