    my first paiting ever...

    pretty much describes itself.

    Spent maybe 10-15 on it, first time ever using painter, or a tablet.

    You'll get the hang of it There are some great tutorial on youtube for painter, don't forget to check out the painter forum here on CA--lots of useful tips for getting situated with a tablet and digital art

    It's good for a start. I think really though, put some more time into it--it will only help you to learn more about painter and your tablet. Update us if you do add more

    Yeah, like hala said, just spend some time getting used to the tablet and experimenting with different brushes and settings. That's the best way to learn pretty much any painting program.
