Hey everyone, sorry for delaying another update so long. Life and such. Plus, this process has been dragging out so long we're all going crazy. This was supposed to be done last Christmas...

Anyway, the exterior still looks the same (except all the doors are in), but the interior's been transformed. It's almost livable! The walls are painted, the toilets are installed. the gas is hooked up, as is the water. They just started on the kitchen today. All we need to start living is the electricity and the stairs. Once the stairs are in, I can at least start moving all my stuff out of the in-laws and into my attic. I can't wait to finally know where all my stuff is, AND to finally set up my studio!

I have more process pics if anyone's interested. Honestly, I just want it to be done now... Enough talk, here are the pics (all 17 uploaded without a hitch! Thanks CA for working smoothly!!!):

Where the hell are the gun ports and mounting brackets for the barbed wire?!?!

Or are you going to depend on landmines alone...? BaaAAAAAAaaaad planning...

Great work. Your digging the slow whole to china and it's paying off. I like the color scheme for your upstairs bathroom. Wow I sound like a stalker.

Ilaekae, my main fears are graffitti and thieves when we're out of town. We're installing a couple security cams for the vandals/thieves, and if we ever go out of town for more than a couple days, we'll ask some family to house sit.

I don't see any reason for gun ports, unless Russia invades again...

Russia! I'd be more worried about Iceland or Texas...

    Thanks Oni Rem.

Ilaekae, I could see that happening vaguely, but I wouldn't be scared. I'd just invite her in for tea. Hopefully, by the time she hears about my awesome new house and comes to visit, I'll have a piano she can play on.
