m.j., hvala ti najlepse na recima ohrabrenja i sto si mi posetio SB
Priznajem, uporan sam, ako nista drugo makar sam to

Near future; the earth was evacuated, new settlements and colonies was founded and established on Pluto's moon Charon. Anarchy and riot was part of the regular evacuation process and settling stadium. New police enforcers was available for training and employment. The first class deployed, was the Charon Elite Force Trooper, heavily armored, ready for battle and to restore order.

A special female assault team was assembled from former imprisoned prostitutes. Chosen one of the best, the fittest with a deadly killing instinct, Sharon was one of the team members.
Sharon was well known amongst the criminals, cause of her high kill ratio and the brutal way of finishing her victims. The luckiest are disemboweled while alive with broken limbs watching their own slow death and the much worse scenarios are the castrated skinned ones also kept alive while she watches them bleed away for hours in great agonizing pain.

Your gore effects have improved rather quickly; Kinda like an ultra-violent horror film. However, you should study organ anatomy if you want to up the scare value.

Wow.. some of your latest stuff is a bit.. well.. disturbing, haha.
I can see you've improved, but keep working with anatomy. Like in the rape scene
her arm looks jerked out of socket, perhaps intentional, but it looks off.

Also work with the woman's breasts more, they don't look natural at times.

Either way, keep up the good work. I look forward to your improvements.

Ok.....so......I think you need to improve a firm structure before putting on the details, or rendering, that way you¡ll stop committing proportion mistakes.

Hello every1. I am posting one more of my digital tryouts. I have turned these days to digital painting, I want to develop my skills on that field also. I know that this ain't something really shiny, but I am satisfied with this piece and I surprised myself when I got done with it If anyone will pass by or be willing to post and give me advices, what to improve I would be more than thankful.

Tons of sketches here, but still the same issues.
All of them are kinda unstructured with little to no definite light source.
I guess you should check Ron Lemen's tutorial on drawing heads. Pay attention to the method he defines structure and planes of the head and how he uses it to draw shadows.
Also refine your process! Typical problem is that you jump into rendering details very early. Fix proportions and composition first! like Chuckmate does here
And last but not least: Do more anatomy studies, less imaginary stuff. You simply can't draw solid images from imagination till you don't have solid knowledge of the human anatomy

Hey Novbert-big thanks for Ron Lemens tutorial!!! I agree with everything you say about Plissken´s digital tryouts! Anatomy is essential for good drawing... Prijatelju nedaj se smesti-samo hrabro!

Okay, I rechecked your works - obviously I missed some of your drawings for the first time. The last face study in this post, the eye study here, this portrait study here and this sketch are all really good and show lots of potetial. Apparently while you were drawing these you constantly adjusted and corrected the mistakes of the initial sketch. And that's the point.
As far as I can see you don't push it hard enough in your pencilworks. I mean you make initial sketches with some mistakes and wrong decisions and you don't correct them. Okay, I know that you can't phisically erase and redraw every pencil lines as many times as you wish... but you should (and somehow you managed to do it with that old man portrait)
And it's also a problem with your digitally colored pencils. While at full digital works you don't stick to the initial work too much, you do it when you work from scanned pencils like this. In my opinion the mistakes of the initial sketch are pretty obvious (anatomy problems at breast and chest area, some rendering and perspective issues with the nose, too little chin, etc.), but you sticked to them while you were workin on it digitally (though you could also use the ref)
Long story short I suggest that you should do more digital (referenced) works and/or do traditional stuff, but try to apply what you learned drawing that old guy

Novbert, first of all, a big thanks for the tutorials that you shared with us. You got the nail right on the head, everything what you wrote is 90 or 100 percent true and I am really happy that you pointed out those things. Maybe those things, those mistakes was in the back of my head and I was half aware that I am doing them, but there is a moment when someone have to say them to you, to scatter some light on them.
The light source; I have big problems with that, I never dedicated any time studying light sources and I was almost all the time neglecting that part of my painting or drawing which of course is now a huge issue, especially visible on my digital art.
I do mess up the structure and the proportions and I am trying to do details cause I am kinda eager to finish the work and to see the end results. That Ron Lemen's tutorial helps much, thank you one more time for sharing that.
About the "Old Man" pencil drawing; I invested pretty much time in that one, maybe 8 or 10 hours of active work and I was paying attention to the tiny details and shadows. I should learn from that drawing, you are right.
If I would get every day a good criticism and help as I got now I would be improving double time.
What should I say? I am still learning, lots of unrevealed territory around me, sometimes I am afraid to go in the unknown, but seems that it is the only way, the only way to improve.
I am following almost everyday other sketchbooks, I am trying to learn and to improve but I think, that is the story of us all here. So I raise my sword and shield and go into the battle once again...
Thank you for visiting and supporting me.

hahaha, thank you. Actually I have tried to do that portrait as real as I could, I found this reference photo on the net, it is a girl who looks pretty same on this painting like on her original photo, she has put herself in some dark green ambient and turned out this spooky and her painting serves good now as a zombie art. Ok maybe I overdid a little with the face wrinkles, unfortunately I cannot find now the reference.

That picture for "BiteFight" is great. The front figure needs a bit of work for "perfection" but those silhouettes of the guys she killed look just great. The follow-on cards are killer too. I think you have a great design sense - when things are shapes & colours you make them really good. Stuff like placement and layout is really good too. You just need to work on your line work somewhat, but you're getting there. Don't be afraid to use a lighter hand sometimes. Here and there in your comics the repetitive heavy line makes mistakes very obvious.

I think the concepts in those comics are a lot of fun too. Sometimes it's good to have some really twisted stuff! Keep on working!

donalfall, I am so glad that you replied, your help is like rain to the desert, I appreciate it maximally. Every fragment of someones thoughts and opinion about my work is a corner stone in my art castle that I am trying to build. In these moments I really got the feeling that I am improving. Hi every1.
I was always being fascinated with this Greg Loudon's drawing, so I had to do it my self a few years ago with pencils and now I finally finished the painted version. I started this somewhere in July, so I abandoned the project cause of the lack of idea and knowledge how to finish it but finally it is done now. Anyway I was planning this to be over till Halloween but I have missed that date.
